Macedonian Capital Market Opens

Skopje. Companies in Macedonia that have capitalization more than 1m euro, 100 stockholders and 15% free capital will be in demand on the official market, the Macedonian Vecer newspaper writes.
These are just part of the new rules at the Macedonian securities market. The rules should be enforced this year. The capital market in the country had turnover of 150m euro last year, which is by 50% higher than in 2005.
