Gazprom enters Macedonia

The Russian oil giant Gazprom comes onto the Macedonian market, the Macedonian Vecer newspaper writes.
The Russian company will be included in the implementation of the contract between the Macedonian and Russian governments on paying Russian clearing debt to Macedonia. According to the contract, which is due to be signed soon, the Russian party has to participate in the construction of four gas pipe projects in the country. Gazprom will join the projects as a partner, officials from the Russian embassy in Skopje and state officials confirmed for the Vecer.
