New working hours from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. will be introduced in out-patient clinics and daily hospitals at Clinics Center as of November 1st, an official source told Makfax news agency.
The novelty is that each clinic at the country's largest hospital complex will have its own telephone line, which will enable the primary-care physicians to appoint medical examination for their patients.
Control examinations will be scheduled by specialist in his/her report to primary-care physician, containing the date and the hour when the examination took place.
This novelty will decrease the possibility that patients pick doctors-specialists to run the treatment.
The current working hours at out-patient clinics run from 7 a.m. till 3 p.m. The introduction of new working hours aims to ease the queues at overcrowded hospitals in Clinics Center. The move has already won consent by doctors and other medical staff.
