Two Bulgarian Girls Held by Macedonian Police Without Official Explanation

Skopje. Two Bulgarian girls aged 27 and 29 were held by police in the Macedonian capital Skopje without official explanation, BNT reports. They were in Skopje to attend a rock concert and have been held there for already seven hours.
The two girls are still being held in the police station in Skopje. There is still no official explanation for their detention. During a phone conversation one of the girls – veronica Hristova says they were robbed during the concert and when they alarmed police, they got arrested instead of the robbers.
“They guard us with machine guns and no one says why we are here”, Veronika said. So far the only given explanation was that they acted indecently.
The two are accompanied by the Bulgarian consulate in Skopje Ventsislav Tsvetanov.
