Basic Court Skopje 2 sentenced Wednesday couple Nikola and Vesna Nikolic, owners of construction company "Fi-Kom", to 10-year imprisonment each for a fraud worth about Euro 30 million. Company employees Muzafera Kaevic and Snezana Zorbevska received three years sentences each for assistance in execution of the criminal act.
Couple Nikolic was indicted of a fraud involving double selling of company flats. Together with employees Kaevic and Zorbevska, they sold apartments and offices to citizens that had already been sold.
The court will additionally pronounce the compensation verdict.
