A new shopping mall is to be built soon near the old railway station.
The Ministry of Transportation and Communication announced a public bidding today for a 5.388 square meters of state-owned land, 2.950 of which account for a construction site.
The starting price has been set to 5.000 denars/square meter.
The Ministry will be receiving applications until 26 July 2007 and the bidding itself will take place at the Ministry's premises on 30 July.
